West Chester, PA- Professional services firm has a temporary to permanent opening for an Office Assistant to support the entire office staff. Answer incoming calls, manage all incoming and outgoing mail, monitor fax machine, greet visitors, manage conference room schedule, organizing client files and office binders, data entry, assist with pulling reports in excel, maintaining office supplies, as well as handling any special projects.


Hours= Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay rate=$15-18/hour

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM



  • High School Diploma

  • Minimum 2 year's Administrative experience

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Excellent time management and planning skills

  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a changing environment

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Independent, self-disciplined and motivated self starter
