Our client in North Phoenix is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company. The Customer Service Representative is the Company's front line support, providing assistance to customers and the Field Service team.

Responsibilities:

With your experience in medical billing and/or customer service you help provide excellent customer service, and other recovery activities. You will demonstrate problem resolution and negotiation techniques and will resolve routine billing inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements to settle delinquent accounts. Organize and perform collection processes from our work queue. Identify documents and submit account adjustments when appropriate.

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Skills:

To succeed in this position an employee will need:

Effective and professional phone communication skills with internal and external customers are required.

Basic comprehension of insurance explanation of benefits.

Basic understanding of patient account collections.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and goal driven environment with moderate supervision.

Creative problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.

Must be able to communicate calmly, compassionately, and professionally with patients, patient representatives, and other outside contacts.

The ability to work effectively with other employees and maintain a cooperative working relationship intra-departmentally and inter-departmentally.

The demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).
