Office Services Associate

Now hiring an Office Services Associte to specifically manage the conference room needs for a large Law Firm in Midtown Manhattan! This is a 3 month contract position!


-Order catering for various events and firm functions

-Conference room setups/clean-ups including equipment requests

-Clean up/wipe down conference rooms after meetings and events

-Maintain order and cleanliness in pantries/kitchens

-Restock coffee, tea, and various supplies in firm coffee pantries

-Assist with additional duties as requested

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM


-Excellent communication skills

-Excellent customer service skills required

-A "can-do" attitude is required


-1-2 years of Hospitality/ Office Services experience required

-HS Diploma
