This is a long term temporary position, with a slight chance of a long term hire if all goes well. HR Administrator role, Farmington, CT - $19-21hr

Summary

This position will support the Human Resources department with different projects, assignment and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Support Talent Management Specialist with correspondences and projects

Calendar management for the Talent Management Specialist which includes scheduling interviews with hiring managers

Responsible for creating and posting all career postings into ADP system, Internal bulletin boards, etc.

Screen resumes in ADP system

Forward appropriate resumes to hiring manager, rejecting resumes that do not fit requirements

Update/scan Personnel files into electronic filing system

Create New Hire Packets

Support and Coordinate special projects with other members of Human Resources when needed

Working hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Skills:

Experience

  • MUST HAVE experience working in ADP!!

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required

  • Previous administrative experience required; experience working in a mid-size to large corporation strongly preferred

  • Strong inter-personal communication skills and ability to work as a team player

Education

Associate's degree and/or Bachelor degree in business administration or related field strongly preferred.
